A Notice to Our Customers
USPTO Registration No. 7,631,573 — The Handiest Man™
The Handiest Man™ is a federally registered trademark. That registration
exists because this business was built over years of honest work, earned reputation, and real customer
relationships — not because someone filed paperwork after the fact.
We are made aware that an individual operating in this market is using The Handiest Man
name through an LLC structure — with the apparent belief that an LLC registration supersedes a federal
trademark. It does not. When the trademark holder was informed of this directly, the response was a
stated intention to simply "coexist." That is not a legal position. That is an admission.
The practical consequence to you, the customer: when you search for this business, you may encounter
a competing listing using our name. That competing operator is not affiliated with this business in any
way. The clicks you generate, the calls you make, and the dollars you spend based on our years of
work and reputation may be directed toward someone who has contributed nothing to building it —
and who drives up advertising costs for both of us in the process.
The individual in question could operate under their own name, their own brand, and their own
reputation. They have chosen not to. That choice tells you something. A person who builds something
worth finding does not need to navigate under someone else's flag to be found.
You are on the right site. You have found the original. The work you will receive here is backed
by the name, the registration, and — most importantly — the record.
If you have questions or believe you may have contacted the wrong business, text Matthew directly
at 512-633-7487 to confirm
you are working with the registered trademark holder.
